FOOT CARE RECOMMENDATIONS

Not only wearing adequate working shoes both in the hotel and healthcare industry and in other professions which require standing or walking for long periods but also treatment for your feet before going to bed is indispensable. Do not wait until the following day, fatigue may accumulate and your feet may be harmed by so many hours working.

 Wash your feet in hot water with salt, if possible,   massaging them for ten minutes.

Keep your toenails cut and slightly rounded
  at the edges.

Use cotton socks.

By taking these measures, feet receive good treatment everyday. (feet recovers its healthy structure every day) .

  TIPS FOR YOUR FOOTWEAR CARE

Change your socks daily.

Air your footwear whenever possible, also preferable to   alternate between two pairs of shoes, especially when   there is strong sweating.

Clean its upper and sole regularly.

Apply a high-quality shoe polish to protect the leather.

Dry you footwear when wet, try avoiding temperatures   above 50 ºC.

Store shoes in dry, ventilated area.

Carry shoes in their box.

It is recommended that the footwear be replaced when noticeable marking is seen on the sole.
